Telephone and broadband facilities are available if required. A storage shed or greenhouse can be put up as long as it meets Park standards. Home owners pay a ground rent to the park owners for the plot on which their home is sited. This is usually charged on a monthly basis and covers the running costs associated with the business including maintenance of the communal areas and landscaping, roads and such factors as security and electricity for streetlights, sewerage and maintenance.
